How do I get set up with East Coast Van Lines?→
Enter your MC number on this page. FMCSA confirms your authority, and we send a setup link to the email on your FMCSA record. The link is single-use and expires in 24 hours.
What paperwork do you require?→
Your W-9, MC certificate, certificate of insurance, a certificate listing East Coast Van Lines Inc. as certificate holder, a voided check for each ACH or wire account, and a notice of assignment if you factor.
How will I be paid?→
Choose direct payment, factored payment, or both. We pay by ACH, wire transfer or EFS, and you set a default method during setup.
Where should my insurance certificate be sent?→
Have your insurance provider email it, listing East Coast Van Lines Inc. as certificate holder, to [email protected]. Your setup is approved once it arrives and is verified.
My FMCSA email is outdated — can I still apply?→
Yes. Update it with FMCSA, or call us and we’ll set up your account directly.
